General information only
All information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for consultation with a qualified medical professional.
No provider–patient relationship
Reading or using this website does not create a provider–patient relationship between you and Queen Creek Skin & Wellness. A provider–patient relationship is established only after an individual assessment, in person, at a scheduled appointment.
Treatments require individual assessment
Treatments are provided only after an individual assessment. Suitability for any treatment is decided at a consultation. Some people — for example those who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or who have certain medical conditions or take certain medications — may not be candidates for certain treatments.
Results vary and are not guaranteed
Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. We do not promise specific outcomes. We describe laser hair removal as long-term hair reduction, not permanent hair removal. We do not promise complete tattoo removal — most tattoos fade significantly and many clear, depending on the factors described on our tattoo removal page. We do not claim that IV therapy achieves 100% absorption or that any treatment is painless, risk-free, or without side effects.
No cure or disease claims
We do not state or imply that any treatment cures, treats, or prevents any disease or medical condition. IV therapy and B12 shots are not described as curing hangovers, colds, flu, COVID, anxiety, depression, chronic fatigue, or any illness, and are never described as boosting immunity or detoxing as a fact. Iron infusion is a medical treatment that requires recent blood work and a medical evaluation first.
Licensed professionals
Treatments are performed by appropriately licensed medical professionals. We do not name specific staff, licenses, titles, or credentials on this site.
Adults only
All services are for adults 18 and over. We do not suggest or provide treatments for minors.
Medical emergencies
This site and our services are not for medical emergencies. If you think you are having a medical emergency — including signs of heat stroke or severe dehydration such as confusion, fainting, no sweating, or a very high temperature — call 911 immediately.
