Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a spa and a med spa?

A day spa focuses on relaxation — massages, facials, and pampering. A med spa offers medical-grade treatments performed by licensed professionals, like IV therapy, laser hair removal, and filler, often in a calmer setting than a clinic. A med spa blends medical care with a welcoming feel, and treatments are tailored to you after a consultation.

How much do med spa treatments cost?

Cost depends on the treatment and the details of your plan — the type of IV drip or add-ins, the size of a treatment area, the number of sessions, the amount of filler, or the size and colors of a tattoo. We don't list fixed prices because your plan is built around you. You'll get a clear quote at your consultation before anything is done.

How long does an IV drip take?

Most IV therapy sessions take 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the drip. You relax in a recliner the whole time, and many people read or rest during it. It's by appointment only, so the visit is private and unhurried.

How often can I get a B12 shot?

That depends on your goals and history and is decided at your consultation. Some people come weekly or monthly; others come occasionally. We recommend what fits you rather than a one-size-fits-all schedule.

Do I need blood work before an iron infusion?

Yes. Iron infusion is a medical treatment that requires recent blood work and a medical evaluation first to confirm you have diagnosed iron deficiency and that an infusion is appropriate for you. It is never a wellness drip or an energy boost anyone can book.

How many laser hair removal sessions will I need?

Most people need a series of sessions spaced weeks apart — often around 6 to 10 — but the exact number depends on the area, your skin tone, and your hair. We call it long-term hair reduction, not permanent removal, and we'll give you a personal estimate at your consultation.

How long does lip filler last?

Lip filler typically lasts around 6 to 12 months, depending on the person, the amount, and how your body metabolizes it. Many people come back for a touch-up before it fully fades. Because we use hyaluronic-acid filler, it can also be dissolved if you ever want to adjust it.

How many sessions does tattoo removal take?

It depends on the ink colors, amount of ink, age of the tattoo, location, your skin tone, scarring, and whether it's a cover-up. Most tattoos need multiple sessions spaced weeks apart. Our free sessions calculator gives a rough estimate, and we'll give you a personal plan at your consultation.
